THE PROCESS
We know building (or re-building) your website can feel overwhelming; that’s why we break the process into 3 easy steps and promise to hold your hand throughout the entire journey.
Discover
The discovery process begins with a virtual coffee date where we uncover your business objectives, target audience, and specific website needs. During this meeting, I will listen to your vision, pinpoint opportunities for improvement, and guide you through our website design process. If we’re a good fit, I'll send you a customized project proposal aligned with your website goals. Upon acceptance, you will be granted access to our client management system and receive your pre-project tasks. These tasks will shape the creative direction of the project and establish the foundation for a website strategy that achieves your biggest business goals.
Design & DevelopMENT
After the discovery phase is approved, I utilize the website strategy as a guide for the visual and technical design of the site. After exploring various design options, I will present the strongest concept with a full mock-up of your website's homepage. We will then collaborate to refine the design based on your feedback. The remaining web pages will be created in alignment with the revisions. Once the visual elements are in place, we will move on to developing the website's technical elements, including coding and functionality. The final result will be a website that is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
Launch
As the project nears completion, I will hand over all new design files and domain ownership to you. To ensure you feel confident in showcasing your new online presence and have the tools to keep it running smoothly, I will provide you with a custom video training on how to update and maintain it. Now it’s time to celebrate your beautiful and thoughtful new website!
